We are looking for passionate, growth-oriented associate clinicians who want to master pediatric play therapy, deliver exceptional clinical care, and eventually learn the business skills necessary to launch their own successful independent practices.

The RPT Path: Free clinical supervision and RPT consultation led by our in-house RPT-S (program coming 2027)—an annual value of $1,200–$3,000.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a transparent, tiered compensation structure designed to reward your clinical work, administrative dedication, and professional growth:
Tiered Session Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per clinical session (based on caseload volume).
Administrative Pay: $20.00/hour for required meetings and training.
Documentation Incentive: $2.00 per completed progress note.
CEU Stipend: $500.00 annually to support your continuing education.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Competitive PTO accrual for all hours worked.
Supervision: Free qualifying clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming play therapy to children and their families.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
Maintain audit-proof clinical documentation within our EHR (with a strict 48-hour completion window).
Manage your caseload scheduling and conduct regular parent consultations.
Actively participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.
Adhere strictly to Utah DOPL regulations, HIPAA compliance, and professional ethical codes.
Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold an active, unencumbered associate license in the State of Utah (ACMHC, CSW, or AMFT).
Clinical Focus: A genuine passion for specializing in play therapy and working with neurodivergent children.
Professionalism: A commitment to ethical practice, timely documentation, and proactive communication.
Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn the "business side" of private practice, neurodiversity-affirming care, and play therapy modalities within a mentorship-heavy environment.
